Merlion

The Merlion is the symbol of Singapore - a mythical creature, half lion / half fish. This creature is embodied in the statue on the waterfront infront of the Fullerton hotel. The statue forms a spectacular image against the backdrop of the city's skyscrapers and the specially built pier receives a steady stream of tourists to take a picture of the trademark memory of Singapore.
